Non è facile ne breve mettere ordine in tutto il materiale raccolto in 30 anni di vita da viaggiatore.

volevo fare un blog dove mettere a disposizione di quanto fossero interessati. Dati ,  esperienze  e racconti della mia vita da girovago, ma mi rendo conto che la faccenda sarà lunghetta. Cercherò quindi di procedere per gradi.

Sono essenzialmente due i modi in cui ho viaggiato: in bicicletta ed in canoa.

Ora mentre per le canoe nel corso degli anni non ci sono stati cambiamenti significativi  nel campo delle biciclette è cambiato il mondo e anche il modo di viaggiare.

quando trent’anni fa mi cimentai nel primo grande viaggio il materiale reperibile per cicloturisti era poco e di pessima fattura , delle mountain bike ancora si sapeva abbastanza poco per cui in genere si utilizzavano bici da corsa con qualche modifica per lo piu accrocchiata.

Potrebbe essere interessante vedere cosa è cambiato in questo lungo periodo

It is not easy nor short in order to put all the material collected in 30 years of life as a traveler. I wanted to make a blog make available for people who is interested in data, experiences and stories of my life as a wanderer, but I realize that the matter will be longish. So I will proceed in stages. There are essentially two ways in which I’ve traveled: cycling and canoeing.  While the canoes over the years did not have significant changes, in the field of bicycles has changed the world and even the way we travel. Thirty years ago, when I took my first big trip, the material available for cyclists was little and of poor workmanship, mountain bikes were new still little used and we used generally race-bike or road bikes with some modifications mostly invented for the occasion . It might be interesting to see what has changed in this long period
